The Final Draft—Shabby

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to blog and run, but I’m very busy for the next couple days. Here it is, the final draft or whatever you want to call it. My shabby Chic Apron is part of the Elizabeth collection. Most of the Shabby Chic’s will look this or at least kinda like this.

Got to go!
I will be back blogging on Monday for sure Tuesday…

An Apron in the making

Good morning,

So someone said that maybe I should consider making some single sided aprons. My friends in blog land let me tell you this is a problem for me! You see I have seam issues, I hate them with reversible I can hide them lock them inside to never be seen. So I’m thinking about it and BAM! IDEA!! A year ago in girls club we made chenille pillow here is mine.

The idea was!  why not make a apron that has this as the trim this way the more you wash it the better it becomes, I will call them shabby chic. So here is my work in progress. For those that I asked they felt like they would enjoy these aprons more because they felt like they could wear them without the worry of getting them dirty.  I replied “I don’t understand that, is this not what an apron is for!”

First I did this one hmmm need to make some adjustments. but not bad…

Ok this is more like it maybe I’ll tweak one more thing..

Yes sir this is it. Love it…

Then there is Taylor this apron is crisp, clean, light and compact.
